Ministry Task Teams

Ministry Task Administrative Assistant Team
The Administrative Assistant Ministry Task Team is responsible for the oversight of the ministry office, providing administrative support to the director and other pastoral staff. Must be discreet and not a gossiper. Confidentiality is a must.

Ministry Task Benevolence Team [Food and Goods]
The Ministry Task Benevolence Team aims to fulfill God’s heart for the poor and needy by providing them spiritual, moral and financial assistance in order for them to experience God’s love and hope in their lives. This team is to be a channel of blessing by sharing God’s love, compassion and care to all those in our community and surrounding areas.

Ministry Task Multi-Media Team
The Ministry Task Multi Media Team is designed to enhance the various ministries within Balm In Gilead. The multimedia ministry consists of four main areas: video, sound, lighting and website.

Ministry Task Operations Team
Serving on the Ministry Task Operations Team helps to insure the ministry is operationally strong through leadership and coordination of all ministry opportunities from service logistics to ongoing upkeep of facility and grounds.

Ministry Task Public Relations Team
The Public Relations Ministry Task Team serves as the main “voice” of our ministry, sharing information with the community about the our mission, needs and activities.

Ministry Task Security Team
The Balm In Gilead Ministry Task Security Team will help maintain a safe environment by monitoring facilities, providing visibility and a security presence to maintain building security.

Ministry Task Special Projects Community Outreach Team
The Ministry Task Special Events and Projects Team is to assist in the development of large ministry events as well any outside events. They are to assist any person within the organization that may need assistance in completing large projects for the ministry.

Ministry Task Building Committee
The Ministry Task Building Committee is the ministry’s planning committee, vision committee, leadership group and construction staff involved with the conceptual design and continue through the completion of the building.
