WHAT?: Disaster Relief IMPACT Event

NO registration required, and all people are welcome - no matter where you reside!!

Our Community Impact Events are massive events that have a multi-faceted purpose and occur several times per year. Each event location is carefully and prayerfully selected so that we are able to be successful in being "HIS" hand extended to a community in need. Our mission is to rescue the dying and broken hearted. We want to communicate Christ to the lost and broken hearted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Balm In Gilead Family Counseling Ministries was voted as the 2015 Best Non-Profit Organization for its work in Fayetteville and the surrounding communities.

Items that are given away at the events include a wide range of furniture, household goods, clothing, diapers, toys, books, Bibles, and much more. All items are graciously donated to our ministry and then given away free of charge. The event area is set up in sections that are well organized so that all items are easily visible and obtained by those who need them. Each section is monitored by faithful volunteers that are ready and willing to help find items and are diligent to keep the section fully stocked and orderly.

A free hot meal is also provided on the day of the event as well as pre-made basic food bundles. Testimonies, live music from various local artists, ministry and fellowship are also present throughout the entire event.

Community Impact Events are made possible by "HIS" provision, countless hours of preparation, and a massive amount of willing volunteers. Each event is abundantly full of joy, fun and fellowship. We look forward to seeing you there!

Daily Benevolent Outreach:

Our offices are open daily for an ongoing multi-faceted outreach. We host a food pantry that features both perishable and non-perishable food bundles, a clothing closet, furniture closet, toys, and household items that are readily available for those who come and are in need. Donations are continuously received and continuously distributed.
